Week 27: missing my cooking stuff!

Next Sunday, we’ll celebrate Stan’s birthday and I realize how much I’m missing our cooking stuffs right now! Our molds of all kinds, our cooking sheets, our cute recipients… All those kitchen tools are stuck in boxes, waiting for custom clearance in a warehouse in Montreal. They’ve been there for more than a week… That’s so frustrating… But let’s look at the positive side of it. We are becoming expert in express cooking with only a pan and a saucepan. And if you have any questions on how to use a stainless saucepan, please feel free to ask. We are now advanced users! From experience (we can say that now), cooking with the minimum equipement is actually quite ok for everyday meal. However for pastry, let’s be honest, it’s more difficult without a few stuffs.

Nevertheless, I’ve gain a little weight this week so it’s good. It’s funny because during the first weeks, I was gaining a bit too much (plus the 2-3kg I had gained just before pregnancy) and now it’s getting a bit slower. That said, I still have about 10 weeks to go (37 weeks being the average for twins) and everything may happen.
