  • 120g poudre d’amandes
  • 60g abricots secs
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 200g de chocolat noir

La recette :
[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size=” font_color=” color=”] Dans un blender, mixer les dattes, la poudre d’amandes et les abricots secs avec une pincée de fleur de sel jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène. Former des petites boules avec les mains. Laisser reposer au frais pendant 1 heure.

Tempérer le chocolat noir. Puis, tremper les boules d’énergie une à une dans le chocolat à l’aide d’une fourchette. Déposer sur une plaque à pâtisserie recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Laisser prendre au frais pendant 20 minutes environ puis conserver à température ambiante avant de déguster.
