Chocolate, date and almond energy ballsThese amazing vegan chocolate energy balls are a healthy snack that everyone love.

Ingredients :
  • 160g pitted dates
  • 120g almond powder
  • 60g dry apricots
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200g dark chocolate 100%
The recipe:

Place the dates, dry apricot, almond powder and salt in a food processor and blend everything until a paste form.

Roll the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge and let them set for one hour.

Temper the dark chocolate.

Dip the balls in the tempered chocolate using a fork. Dispose the chocolate balls on a lined baking sheet. Let set in the fridge for about 20 minutes and then keep at room temperature before eating.
